Lila Bearden is a violist, violinist, and string arranger active in the greater Nashville area. Bearden has had the privilege of performing in notable venues such as the Dolby Theater for Persian artist Bearden and guest artist Andrea Bocelli, The Orpheum withStreetlight Manifesto, and the Wiltern with Deadmau5. She has also recorded in prestigious studios such as EastWest Studios in Hollywood, Warner Bros. Eastwood Scoring Stage in Burbank, Capitol Records in Los Angeles, Hybrid Studios in Santa Ana, and Ocean Way Studios in Nashville.

Patrick Monnius

Patrick Monnius, violist, earned his Bachelors of Music in 2018 from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music. After finishing his degree, Patrick moved to Nashville, TN to start pursuing his dream of becoming a recording session musician. Since then he has proven to be a dependable member of the tightknit string recording world, recording for multiple movies, TV shows, and video games, as well as artists including Maren Morris, the Eagles, Lauren Daigle, The War and Treaty, Harry Connick Jr., Colony House, and Copeland, to name a few. When he’s not in a recording studio he can be found performing live with Lockeland Strings or for the Nashville Ballet and with orchestras in the greater Nashville area. Patrick is also an avid singer and songwriter, having just finished recording his debut record!

Jacob Tudor

Jacob received his Bachelor of Music degree, Church Music Ministry, from Cedarville University in 2015. A Viva La Strings musician since 2010, Jacob moved to Nashville in 2015 for graduate studies where he established Viva La Strings’ Nashville Team and received his Master of Music degree, Violin Performance, from Belmont University in 2017. Jacob joined the Nashville Symphony staff as Patron Engagement Officer in November 2019, returning as Patron Engagement & Crescendo Club Manager in July 2021.

Cristina Micci

Cristina Micci-Barreca is a Nashville-based orchestral, chamber, and session violist. She performs with various ensembles throughout the region, including the Nashville Opera, Chattanooga Symphony & Opera, Evansville Philharmonic, Paducah Symphony, and Intersection, Nashville’s contemporary music ensemble. As a session musician, she appears on soundtracks for major films, TV shows, and video games. Cristina received her BM and MM from the Cleveland Institute of Music, studying with Jeffrey Irvine and Lynne Ramsey. Cristina grew up in Houston, TX, then spent several years studying and working in Cleveland, OH before moving to Nashville with her partner and cat.

Ian Robinson is a professional cellist and teacher in Nashville, Tennessee. He has been studying cello since the age of four and was the last student of the legendary cellist Janos Starker. Ian received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, as well as a master's degree in performance and Suzuki pedagogy from the Cleveland Institute of Music. Ian is an experienced studio session musician, and has played cello on over 100 major projects. He has recorded for companies such as Netflix, Disney, Amazon, EA games, Bungie, just to name a few. He also runs his own music and video company, Crobi Productions.

Grace Parce

Grace Parce is a versatile cellist and educator with a deep passion for musical collaboration, and connection. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Cello Performance from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and has performed across the country in symphony halls, Broadway theaters, and recording studios. Her career includes national tours with Oklahoma! and Hadestown, and recording work for Netflix, Sony, and major-label artists. Grace is also a dedicated Suzuki-certified teacher who brings a holistic, student-centered approach to her private studio. She is the co-founder of the Juniper Duo, a cello and viola ensemble with her husband Anthony Parce, known for reimagining classical works and championing new compositions. She brings a thoughtful, expressive approach to her work, always seeking to create meaningful musical experiences that resonate beyond the stage.

Jonathan Duncan

Jonathan is a violinist, singer, songwriter & composer based in Nashville, TN. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from Gardner-Webb University with concentration in Music Business & Violin Performance as well as started his Master of Arts in Worship & Music from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a sub violinist for the Nashville Symphony, Artist for NYC's Concerts in Motion, and has over 20 years of performing experience. Jonathan has played at Carnegie Hall numerous times with world-renowned recording artists such as Lauren Daigle, Kari Jobe, Cody Carnes, & Travis Cottrell. He has also composed works varying from classical to contemporary, with his works landing placements on Spotify playlists and being the soundtrack to competitive ballet performances across North America.

Katja Yeager

Katja is an accomplished violist and graduate from the Cleveland Institute of Music, having performed with ensembles including the Nashville Symphony, Nashville Chamber Music Society, Lincoln Center Stage, and Verbier Festival Orchestra. In addition to performing, she teaches at Tennessee State University and Nashville State Community College. Outside of music, Katja’s greatest joy is spending time with her partner and their beloved Norwich Terrier.

Sabrina Tabby

Since performing at Carnegie Hall as a teenager, Violinist Sabrina Tabby has performed in top venues around the world, including Red Rocks, the Taormina Amphitheater in Sicily, and beyond. As a founding member of string quartet ATLYS, she represented Lincoln Center at sea (including a private performance for Oprah!), and has released four original albums with over 16 million streams. She is also a founding member of the NYC-based ensemble Contemporaneous whose debut at Disney Hall was named one of 2023's “best classical music performances” by the New York Times. Sabrina is Concertmaster of the Mankato Symphony, Assistant Concertmaster of the Owensboro Symphony, and acting Principal second of the Quad City Symphony. In her current hometown of Nashville, she is a sought-after session musician in the bustling recording industry.

Amy Lillegard Wilson is a Nashville based violinist & violist. She has her Bachelors of Music Education from the University of Arkansas & her Masters of Violin Performance with emphasis in Suzuki Pedagogy from The Hartt School of Music. Currently she performs & tours with her band, Miss Lonely, as well as performing & recording with various artists. Amy also teaches in her home studio, The Wilson Suzuki Studio of Nashville.

Kate Rogers is an award-winning Nashville-based harpist and has played for hundreds of weddings and events. She regularly records for tv, movies and video games, including soundtracks for Disney, HBO, Amazon and AppleTV, and she performs as an extra musician with the Nashville Symphony.

Alex Krew

Over the last 15 years, Alex Krew has established himself as one of the most in-demand cellists in Nashville. His playing can be heard on some of the biggest movie, television, and video game releases, with hundreds of recording credits for clients including Disney, Netflix, Sony PlayStation, and Amazon. Alex is a frequent substitute with the Nashville Symphony, where he has performed with some of today’s finest conductors and soloists, including Leonard Slatkin and Andrea Bocelli. Alex has also performed with the Indianapolis Symphony and New World Symphony in Miami Beach. An avid chamber musician, Alex is the core cellist of Nashville’s Candlelight Concerts, with over 150 performances at Nashville’s historic Parthenon. Alex received training from Vanderbilt University, Indiana University, Peabody Conservatory, and the Aspen Music School and Festival. He serves as professor of cello performance at Lipscomb University.

Steven Bowman

Born and raised in Tennessee, Steven has played violin since the age of 9. While being trained classically, he also developed a love for alternative styles of music and the various genres of fiddling. Steven has a Bachelor of Music from the University of Memphis and has spent the better part of 2 decades working in the music industry as a performer, writer/arranger, producer, manager, and teacher. He has founded and co-led two different touring indie bands, and has worked in the studio on on stage with many iconic artists including Tanya Tucker, Ron Block, Josh Turner, Keith Burns, Shari Rowe, Mitch Rossell, The Annie Moses Band, For King & Country, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and David Cook. Steven currently resides in Nashville with his adopted border collie/cattle dog mix Parker, where he is the Marketing Director for The Violin Shop. When he isn’t performing, recording, or working in the Nashville music community - Steven enjoys a good cup of coffee, hitting up the Belcourt Theater, or a nice hike in nature.

Max Foster

Max Foster is a cellist based in Nashville, TN. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Liberty University in 2023, where he studied under David Feldman. During his time at Liberty, he served as Principal Cellist with the Liberty University Symphony Orchestra, the Liberty Honors String Quartet and he performed at several honors recitals. He has performed with the Nashville Recording Orchestra, Lynchburg Symphony Orchestra, the Charlottesville Ballet, the Danville Symphony Orchestra, the Paducah Symphony, and the Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra, among others. Max enjoys playing a wide variety of musical genres and has performed with top artists including Michael W. Smith, Cece Winans, Matthew West, Charity Gayle, Kevin Bond, Domenico Luca Trombetta, Wayne Kompelien, and many others. Max enjoys arranging music for strings, the outdoors and disc golf.
